About The Studio
Beautiful Evolutions Studio has many options, regardless of your skill level. We have a large natural light window at the entry, a large space for you to use your studio lights as well as a light wall to help you create "faux window light" at the back of the studio.
Beautiful Evolutions Studio is located at 138 N. Wilson Suite D, Burleson TX 76028 right off of 35W and Wilshire. This 1200 square-foot space has a large windows faces W. Parking along the street and in gravel lot are free. Our entrance faces N. Wilson Str. - middle door of the building

Your Rental Experience
A few things to note:
Space Entry
You will need a code to enter the space and
you will need to lock up. A code will be sent to you via text 15 min prior to your appointment time. Please make sure that the space has been reset and locked back up when you leave.
Shared Restrooms
In the middle of the space is a door that will take you thru a kitchen and into a salon. This is where the restroom is located. Please be aware of others working in that area. Please do not allow your clients to linger in the salon and the door is to remain closed at all times.
Barefoot Pictures
We do our best to have the studio looking fresh and photo-ready for every reservation. During turnover, our team handles light cleaning such as tidying, sweeping, vacuuming, and wiping down mirrors and surfaces. Because of time and safety concerns, wet floor cleaning and mopping are reserved for the end of the day so the floors have time to dry properly.
If you’re planning barefoot images or poses with direct contact on the floor, we recommend bringing slippers or using skin wipes beforehand. While the space is regularly cleaned, floors should be approached with the same expectations you’d have in a well-kept retail space with light daily foot traffic.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
At Beautiful Evolutions Studio, each reservation is held specifically for you. Because studio time is available by appointment only, we ask that any changes be made as early as possible. This helps us serve all guests fairly and keep the schedule running smoothly.
Cancellations
If you cancel 72 hours or more before your session, you will receive a full credit for the amount paid to use toward a future booking.
If you cancel within 72 hours of your session, you will receive a credit for 50% of the amount paid. The remaining 50% will be forfeited.
Same-day cancellations and no-shows are not eligible for a refund or credit.
Refunds
Refunds are only available within 24 hours of your original booking, as long as your session date is still at least 72 hours away.
After that 24-hour window, all payments are non-refundable and will fall under the cancellation credit policy above.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule your reservation one time at no charge if the request is made at least 72 hours before your session, and the new date is subject to availability.
Requests made within 72 hours of your reservation will be treated as a cancellation and handled according to the policy above.
Credits
Any credit issued will be sent by email in the form of a booking code. Credits may be applied toward a future reservation at the same location where they were originally issued. Credits are non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and may be subject to an expiration date.
