Every year, The BE Project invites people into my studio to pause, reflect, and choose a word that will guide the next chapter of their lives. It is not about perfection or reinvention overnight. It is about honesty. Courage. Becoming.
When Tyler stepped in front of the camera, his word was direct and intentional.
“Choose.”
It came after a year of reflection, goal-setting, and realizing that freedom does not happen accidentally.
It is built.
The BE Project exists because I believe that we are all evolving and every person deserves to see themselves as art while they are becoming the person they are meant to be.
Why He Chose “Choose”
Tyler has been working with a business coach for the past couple of years, evaluating not only his business but his life across faith, family, finances, personal growth, and leadership.
As he mapped out his next chapter, one theme kept surfacing.
The ability to choose.
To choose growth in his faith.
To choose intentionality in his marriage.
To choose discipline in his personal development.
To choose expansion in business.

What He Is Working Toward This Year
This is a big season for Tyler.
He and his wife are building a new home, stepping into financial stability, and expanding his insurance agency by hiring more producers and scaling with intention.
He also set a personal challenge: reading six books this year. For someone who does not naturally gravitate toward reading, that is a deliberate stretch.
Choose is not about wishful thinking.
It is about ownership.
What Grounds Him
Faith and family.
At the center of every ambition is the desire to build something meaningful for the people he loves most.
That grounding keeps success from becoming hollow.
What He Is Learning About Himself
Tyler shared something powerful.
He is capable of more than he ever imagined.
Starting his own agency removed the ceiling he once believed existed. Teaching and coaching had defined one chapter. Entrepreneurship revealed another.
He is discovering new heights for his family that would have felt unimaginable just a few years ago.
