If you follow along with me personally on social media – you will know that we are foodies. We LOVE to eat. We LOVE to try new places. And then… there are some places that we go back to any chance we get. A few years ago when we worked on a food truck, Chez Flo, we met and became friends with several other food truck owners. Food Truckers are an incredible community of people. It was then that we met the beautiful women who owned and ran Easy Sliders Food Truck. Such a smart concept – burger sliders with an incredible twist on them. We’ve tried almost all of them and we always fall back to our favorites.
The Roadside and The Sweet & Lowdown. Seriously… you just can’t believe how amazing the flavors are together.
Flash forward a year or so… and they have now opened they very own brick and morter restaurant. They are located in the heart of Deep Ellum in Dallas, TX. A perfect location for this girls. We stopped by last week after I had completed a session for lunch and to congratulate them on their new space. Seriously… such a great space. Not only is it big and open, it also has a patio. A bar placed right in the middle allows you to easily grab a drink while chatting with friends and still easily move around. One of the best parts of the new location… As you are walking thru, take a look at the pictures on the walls. All of the images were created from life on the food truck. I love the story it tells!
Of course we got our usual choices (creatures of habit) but we also tried their tator tots. Doesn’t this picture just make your mouth water?? I could have eaten the entire order myself.
We are so happy for the girls of Easy Sliders and can’t wait to see how successful they will be with this new physical location!
Much Love!
Brooke
