The BE Project | Marla and “Adventure”

Every year, The BE Project invites people into my studio to pause, reflect, and choose a word that will guide the next chapter of their lives. It is not about perfection or reinvention overnight. It is about honesty. Courage. Becoming.

When Marla stepped in front of my camera, her word was full of sparkle.

Adventure.

For her, it means chasing big trips and small moments with equal enthusiasm, whether that is flying to South America for wine tasting or trying a new dish at her favorite restaurant.

The BE Project exists because I believe that we are all evolving and every person deserves to see themselves as art while they are becoming the person they are meant to be.

Why She Chose “Adventure”

After raising four kids, Marla is stepping into a season of freedom and curiosity. She is done postponing joy.
